Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center Performance

Yesterday, 1/29/2020, a very brave and compassionate teen played at the John Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center in Baltimore. This world-renowned hospital is the place where the Holliday Piano Studio donated the first children's CDs for Breast Cancer patients for the Center and for Avon Foundation. After that experience, we became The Tacy Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization to empower youth and music to make a difference in the world.

We are now being invited to participate in Live Music for the Art of Healing program at Kimmel. Lizzie Boyson of Annapolis, a prodigious violin student at Peabody Preparatory Institute, and a volunteer for the Tacy Foundation, will initialize the program. George Benskin, alumnus, will play piano masterpieces and his own compositions as well.

We look forward to a long and rewarding partnership with the Kimmel Cancer Center. Thank you for opening your arms to the gift of healing that music provides.
