The Tacy Foundation received donations from Faber Piano Adventures when we began the Piano Pals®  program in 2012.  They shipped from their warehouse enough books for each child to use that first year.  The following year, they shipped Adult Beginner books to share with Piano Pals for Seniors® and for Servicemembers at Walter Reed Military Medical Center.  During the Covid 19 pandemic, this publisher has continued to donate copyrights for CDs and USBs and has supported our efforts in virtual training by providing the Teacher Atlas for Zoom classes.   They have offered copyright permission for everything in their repertoire for this year's private YouTube playlist for seniors and the Children's National Hospital.  They have always been generous in their support of our kids' musical experiences, for the privileged teens (mentors) who have the luxury of private music lessons as well as for the underprivileged children who cannot afford music lessons, without the kindness of teens who volunteer to teach them.  We are so grateful!

Please enjoy the bright holiday musical message from Drs. Randall and Nancy Faber and their staff.

Thank you to each subscriber for your tremendous support!  Happy Holidays!
    The Reading Express
During COVID the school staff, headed by pre-school special ed teacher Claudia Scott, created this video for the children. This winter, a real person will be the conductor with tickets to punch for the train ride.  The school will serve 500 cups of hot chocolate and hand out 500 bells, for the Polar Express, and the children will go to the North Pole on the Polar Express. Instead of the traditional gathering in the auditorium, they will watch the video in their classrooms while enjoying hot chocolate.  At the end, their bell will go home with them.  Here is the video of the polar Express from last year.

    The Tacy Foundation on YouTube
During COVID-19, Tacy Foundation youth of all ages have been busy sending videos to a Tacy Foundation YouTube private Playlist.  From their homes, they have built a Virtual Concert Library of their favorite songs for seniors and hospitals.  Their music is on this link:
