This past Wednesday (Feb 19), Founder and Artistic Director Charlotte Holliday received an email from the Housing Opportunities Commission Resident Services Supervisor, Stephanie Moore, with the excellent news that the Tacy Foundation was submitted for consideration for HOC's Honor Roll Award and was chosen as one of the recipients! This annual award is given to individuals and/or organizations who have made significant contributions throughout Montgomery County, to HOC, and to our customers.
On March 4, Mrs. Holliday and Richard Pedersen will receive the award in Kensington, Maryland.
What a huge honor for the Foundation! Commendations to all the volunteers that support Foundation efforts at HOC, and thanks to HOC for this recognition.
