At the close of 2016 we received a special thank you letter from the White House.
We sent President and First Lady Obama copies of the CDs that we produced in 2016. Each holiday season we send our gift of music to our Senators and Congressman as well as the White House in gratitude for these elected officials' service to the country.
As Commander-in-Chief, the President is leader of the armed services. The military, especially veterans, are an important part of our service mission at the Tacy foundation. We send as many CDs as we can afford to the Fisher Houses, VA Hospitals as well as to those service members who protect and defend us now and in the past.
It is so nice to be thanked for such a small gift from the young musicians in Montgomery County, MD.
